Our class

Throughout the day we sing, paint, create, exercise, dance and devote ourselves to music and movement activities with the children. We lead them towards gradual independence, mutual consideration and a healthy lifestyle. We adapt the difficulty of all activities to the age and abilities of each individual child.

Teacher Pavla Pelikánová focuses primarily on music and movement education. By playing the piano she creates a pleasant atmosphere for the children and, through songs, rhythm exercises and dance, she naturally develops their memory, musical perception and movement skills. The children are also introduced to English in a gentle and entertaining way through short songs and rhymes.

Kristýna Tieku Lamplotová leads the children towards movement and artistic feeling. During physical education we include health exercises supporting proper development and the engagement of all muscle groups. We also often make use of the natural outdoor terrain to develop agility, coordination and physical fitness.

Teacher Hana Všetečková devotes herself above all to our youngest children. With a kind and patient approach she helps them manage their first days in the group, supports their independence and attends to their individual needs. Every day she works with the children on developing their speech and vocabulary. Through storytelling, pictures, simple games and shared conversations she guides them towards correct expression and understanding. She also regularly sings songs with them and practises short poems and nursery rhymes, which help to develop memory, correct pronunciation, the rhythm of speech and the joy of learning.

For daily time outdoors we have our own garden at our disposal, which offers the children plenty of space for free play, physical activities and exploring nature.

In line with our educational programme we support the all-round development of the children and gradually lead them towards acquiring the skills and competences needed to start primary school.
